CEO
Marcus Fox
Marcus is the CEO at Agile Retail and has developed our retail business for the last 7 years. Marcus has direct strategic experience in leading the development and execution of innovation and new market led retail entrance for some of the world’s biggest businesses Before leading our business, Marcus led stores, regions and online operations for Sainsburys and Morrisons for 15 years, responsible for CAPEX budgets of £70m and areas delivering £500m of annual sales.

Experimental Retail Director
Tamara Pfaunmann
Tamara leads our new retail ventures practice, ensuring that experimentation, agility and customer-led learning and insights informs and drives our retail stores. Tamara has extensive EMEA and Americas experience, having led projects across Germany, Singapore and Americas Tamara has previosuly led change programmes for brands including Accor and IHG in multiple countries

Retail Managing Director
Simon Blunt
Simon is the Managing Director of our retail business and oversees all of our retail stores activity. Prior to joining iD, Simon was the Head of Retail at Samsung, leading the brand’s retail function in the UK. Simon also has deep knowledge of some of our retail experimentation work, building programmes in retail to ensure l ventures have the best chance of succeeding!

Creative & Build Director
Owen Arundell
Owen is the Creative & Build Director at Agile Retail and is responsible for the design, build and execution of all of our retail environments. In addition, Owen leads our Property function, supporting with location searches, site and area analytics, and property completions. Prior to working at iD, Owen spent 10 years leading creative functions in fashion and luxury brands, including Links of London and TM Lewin

Associate Director People
Sabina Ramburuth
Sabina leads our people and talent function, having nearly 20 years experience running global staffing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands including Meta, Unilever, Nokia and Nissan. Sabina is an expert inbuilding and deploying performance-led retail staffing teams, including brand messaging campaigns, large scale sales and field marketing teams, experimental retail or pure play retail store people leadership.

Retail Operations Director
Olivier Van Den Putte
Olivier leads our Operations function including property and facilities management, health and safety and legality, consumer engagement, compliance, stock and logistics. He also manages our Insights & Reporting teams. Olivier is responsible for ensuring our Agile Retail stores operate safely and legally, as well as provide meaningful data and insights to customers. Prior to working with Agile Retail, Olivier spent 15 years leading ops functions at fashion retailers including Ted Baker, DAX and Religion.

Senior Manager Experimental Retail
Alex Johnson
Alex is a senior manager in our Experimental Retail practice and is responsible for ensuring that our experimentation and learning plans in Agile Retail programmes are executed as planned and our learning programmes are delivered. Alex is an inventor at heart, with a background in food and coffee development over the past 20 years. Recently, Alex has successfully built new ventures in food and beverage with the University of Kent and Wild Bean Café for BP, both of which have progressed to roll out.

Brand Experiences Director
Zaine Venter
Zaine leads our Brand Experience business, responsible for our experiential and shopper marketing activities with brands including PepsiCo, Just Eat and Britvic. Zaine has spent nearly 20 years leading some of the biggest brand campaigns designed to create memorable and impactful experiences on target consumers.

Commercial Director
Dana Pickering
Dana leads our commercial team at Agile Retail and is responsible for ensuring that both our business finances and trading are robust, but also our commercially-focused work with our customers. Dana and his team monitor the commercial success of our Agile Retail stores, in particular with regards to trading performance and new ventures projects. Prior to joining Agile Retail Dana was Finance Director for a number of retail and creative industries businesses, including time at Snowzone and Grey a WPP company

Group Account Director
Sarah Mcvey
Sarah is our Group Account Director. She is responsible for ensuring our retail and field teams exceed our customer targets and works closely with our customers to implement the right strategy to grow their business and with our internal people, operations & finance teams to ensure we are delivering to our customers. With over 20 years client services experience in retail marking and experiential & traditional field marketing Sarah has a wealth of experience in executing sales & marketing campaigns, managing budgets and providing valuable insight to customers. In previous roles she ran field teams for United Biscuits, Storck and General Mills, as well as running a small country restaurant/pub in the Cotswolds.

Paul Ephremsen
Paul was a co-founder of our Group company iD, the UK's leading experiential marketing specialists back in 1994. He has been at the forefront of the growth of the brand experience industry. Paul now performs an advisory role, and was heavily involved in the evolution of iD’s new Agile Retail service.
An entrepreneur at heart, Paul has also founded a number of successful retail and media businesses, and was co-founder of Worth Capital – a business that runs competitions to unearth smart entrepreneurs with bright ideas, often in the retail space.
