We are proud to boast an experienced, passionate team of highly qualified individuals, each of whom is an expert in their field. Our team have worked with and for some of the biggest and best retail brands, and we bring that collective experience to bear with each of our partners.
Marcus comes from a retail background, having worked for Sainsbury’s group for 7 years heading up online & retail operations.
In addition to leading our Group, Marcus has pioneered and oversees our Agile Retail activities. Having managed the strategy and delivery of a number of complex category direct retail brands in the UK.
Head of Retail Operations
Simon has spent his career leading retail operations for some of the world’s best known consumer electronics and telecoms brands, most recently at Samsung where he was head of retail operations.
Simon leads the operations team, ensuring that our property, supply chain, analytics and people & talent divisions are best in class.
Creative & Build
Owen has a creative direction and photography background, working for brands including Links of London and TM Lewin before leading the Creating channel of Agile Retail.
Owen leads all our creative and build activity, including environment design, build programmes and instore merchandising and comms.
Supply Chain & Logistics
Ian oversees our Supplying team, ensuring that retail stock is forecasted, purchased, supplied, and managed across our retail environments.
Ian has spent his entire career in retail, working for
Flying Tiger Copenhagen for 12 years before joining the team.
Diane has been a strategic retail marketing expert over an extensive career, including time as the Marketing Director for the Orla Kiely retail brand and Pringle of Scotland.
Diane works with our partners to understand how Agile Retail can make a difference to their retail stores offer.
Operations & Facilities
Oliver leads our facilities channel within Agile Retail, making sure the retail environments we operate are safe, brand enhancing, and managed with laser-focused cost control.
Olivier has a background in fashion retail, working for
Ted Baker and Religion Clothing before joining us.
Activation & Engagement
Rachel has worked with our Group for over 12 years. An expert in experiential and activation marketing, Rachel applies traditional BTL marketing practices to new retail experiences.
Rachel has led experiential and retail activities for brands including The Co-Op, Volkswagen, Apple, Mars and L’Oreal.
People & Talent
Justin leads our people and talent teams, developing and executing innovative talent engagement, training and development and retention strategies to ensure our retail teams are the best people in the business. Prior to joining iD, Justin worked as HR Change manager for the
John Lewis Partnership.

Paul was a co-founder of iD back in 1994. He has been at the forefront of the growth of the brand experience industry. Paul now performs an advisory role at iD, and was heavily involved in the evolution of iD’s new Agile Retail service. An entrepreneur at heart, Paul has also founded a number of successful retail and media businesses, and was co-founder of Worth Capital – a business that runs competitions to unearth smart entrepreneurs with bright ideas, often in the retail space.
